What is AI Ace?
AI Ace is an AI-powered wedding platform that helps vendors manage leads, send video replies, and close more bookings — while helping couples find and connect with top-rated wedding professionals.
How do I create a vendor account?
Download AI Ace from the App Store and sign up as a vendor. You can set up your profile, add packages, and start receiving inquiries right away.
How do I connect XLNE CRM?
Go to Settings in the app, find the XLNE Integration section, and paste your integration token from xlne.net/settings. Once connected, you can push leads directly into your CRM with one tap.
What is VidReply?
VidReply lets you record and send personal video messages to couples who inquire with you. Vendors who use video get 3x more responses than text-only replies.
Is AI Ace free?
AI Ace is free for couples. Vendors can get started on a free plan with access to leads, messaging, and the Ace AI assistant. Premium features are available on paid plans.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account" at the bottom. You can also email support@askace.net and we'll process your request within 48 hours.
